摘要
目的建立黄翘HPLC指纹图谱,为黄翘的质量控制提供理论依据。方法色谱柱:Thermo C18Column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;检测波长:203nm。结果生成了黄翘的对照指纹图谱,标定了17个共有峰,并确定连翘苷、连翘酯苷A和表松脂素各峰的归属。结论黄翘的HPLC指纹图谱稳定,重复性良好,信息涵盖量大,为进一步科学评价黄翘的质量提供依据。
Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprint of Fructus forsythiae .Methods The chromatographic separation was per-formed on a C18 column (250 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5μm) .The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-water solution in gradient elu-tion .The flow rate was 1 .0 mL · min-1 ,and the detection wavelength was 203 nm .Results The HPLC fingerprint of plantaginis semen showed 17 characteristic peaks with high similarity ,in which three peaks were identified .Conclusion The established method is simple ,accurate and reproduceable ,and can be used for the quality control of Fructus forsythiae samples .
