陕西省9个地市产茜草药材中大叶茜草素含量比较研究

Comparative study on rubimaillin content of Rubia cordifolia L.from nine regions of Shaanxi province

目的对陕西省9个地市产的茜草药材进行质量评价。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定茜草不同部位中大叶茜草素含量。结果不同产地茜草药材中大叶茜草素含量差异较大,且同一药材不同部位中大叶茜草素的含量高低也不一致。结论茜草药材中大叶茜草素的含量高低与产区的生态环境和入药部位的组织结构有关。

Objective To evaluate the quality of Rubia cordifolia L .from nine regions of Shaanxi province .Methods HPLC was employed to determine the contents of rubimaillin from different regions .Results The rubimaillin contents were different not only in different regions ,but also in different parts from the same plant .Conclusion Rubimaillin contents are related with the region′s ecological environment and the medicinal part′s organizational structure .
