中国工业经济增长方式转变及其影响因素研究

Research on the Growth Pattern Transformation of Chinese Industrial Economy and Its Influencing Factors

本文构造了反映中国工业实际情况的工业经济增长方式度量指标,在此基础上探究了2003~2010年中国工业经济增长方式的变化特性及可能的影响因素。研究结论表明：中国工业经济增长方式整体上趋于污染型、粗放型,且各地区之间工业经济增长方式的差异逐步拉大;环境规制强度和全国与东部、中部及西部地区的工业经济增长方式之间存在倒＂U＂型走势关系,全国与三大地区目前尚处于该倒＂U＂型曲线的左侧;外资因素、技术水平对工业经济增长方式起到显著正向影响,资本深化、能源结构对工业经济增长方式转型升级形成阻碍作用,产权制度对工业经济增长方式的影响分地区而异。

This paper constructs the measure indicators that reflect the real industrial economic growth means of Chinese industry and explores the change features and possible influencing factors of Chinese industrial economic growth means from 2003 to 2010 based on this. Research conclusion indicates that: the growth means of Chinese industrial economy are generally polluting and extensive and the difference of industrial economic growth means in different regions is becoming bigger. An inverse'U'typed trend relationship exists between the intensity of environment and the industrial economic growth means in the east,middle and west region. Now,the whole China and the three regions are still on the left of the inverse'U'typed curve. Foreign funds and technical level have significant positive effects on the growth means of industrial economy. Capital deepening and resource energy structure hinder the transformation and upgrading of industrial economic growth. The effects of property right on the growth means of industrial economy are different in different regions.
