盐酸米诺环素与甲硝唑药膜治疗牙周炎的临床效果对比分析

目的 探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏与甲硝唑药膜应用于牙周炎治疗的临床价值。方法 随机抽取2011年8月~2013年8月共收治的30例牙周炎患者,共180颗牙,将其分为试验组与参照组。试验组给予盐酸米诺环素治疗,参照组给予甲硝唑药膜治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 试验组治疗后的牙周各临床指标参数显著优于参照组,两组比较存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论 对于牙周炎,局部应用盐酸米诺环素的效果要优于甲硝唑药膜。

Objective To study the minocycline hydrochloride ointment with metronidazole release, it the clinical value of application in the treatment of periodontitis.
