摘要
目前,对钢结构井架空间分析计算研究较少,对于钢结构井架斜撑截面的设计多依照经验选取,造成了结构构件尺寸过大。文章以阜山金矿单斜撑风井井架为背景,论述了采用SAP2000进行钢井架斜撑设计的过程与方法,分别对10mm、12mm、14mm、16mm板厚的钢井架斜撑结构进行了静力分析计算,提取构件最大变形值和应力比进行对比分析。结果表明,利用SAP2000进行钢井架设计与静力分析是一种非常有效的钢井架计算方法,综合考虑分析安全、经济条件该类型井架斜撑宜采用14mm板厚、12mm板厚,提出了连梁等构件截面优化。
Based on a single - braced derrick of air shaft, the design process and method of steel derrick bracing section with SAP2000 was analyzed, statical analysis calculation was conducted for the steel derrick bracing, with board thickness of 10mm, 12mm, 14mm and 16mm, the maximum deformation and stress ratio were obtained and analyzed. Results show that SAP2000 is an effective calculation method for steel derrick design and static analysis ; the appropriate thickness of the steel derrick bracing section is 14mm and 12mm, considering security and economic conditions; and a method to optimize element section such as coupling beam is proposed.
