摘要
针对神华新疆能源公司碱沟煤矿急倾斜特厚大段高综放面坚硬顶煤难冒放问题,采用了现场混装乳化炸药技术对碱沟煤矿特厚坚硬顶煤实施深孔爆破,爆破后对顶煤裂隙发育和顶底板两帮变形进行了监测,结果表明,现场混装炸药深孔爆破改善了顶煤裂隙发育的状况,取得了良好弱化效果,有效的提高了顶煤回收率,实现矿区安全高效生产。
According to hard to caving problem of the hard top coal in high section height fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in steep inclined seam in Jiangou Mine of Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Company, a site mixed loaded emulsion explosive technology was applied to a deep borehole explosion conducted in the hard top coal of the steep and ultra thick inclined seam in Jiangou Mine. A weakening treatment was conducted in the top coal of the seam. After the blasting operation, a monitoring and measuring were conducted on the top coal crack development and two sidewall deformation of the roof and floor. The results showed that the deep borehole blasting with the site mixed loaded explosive improved crack development of the top coal, a good weakening effect was obtained, the top coal recovery rate was effectively improved and mine safety and high efficient production was realized.
