摘要
文章讨论了电动机性能参数测量难的问题,提出了基于"虚拟负载"形式的三相异步电动机测试系统,该系统不必驱动实际机械负载,仅通过静态测试数据及空载试验、短路试验所采集的三相电压、三相电流等数据,并借助于"解析圆图法"和虚拟仪器分析软件,即可计算出三相异步电动机的重要性能参数。此种技术方案不仅提高了数据处理的正确性与精度,而且减少了操作人员的工作量。相较于传统的电机测量技术而言,该方案节省一个电动机运转所消耗的电能,降低了测试成本,是更加"绿色化"的智能测试分析系统。
The paper discussed a difficult problem to measure performance parameters of an electric motor. Based on a "dummy load" mode, a three phase asynchronous motor measuring and test system was provided. The system would not have to drive a real mechanical load and only with a static measured and test data as well as the three phase voltage, three phase current and other data collected from a no load test and a short- circuit test, and with a "analytical circle diagram method" and virtual Instrument analysis software to calculate the important performance parameters of the three phase asynchronous motor. The technical plan would not only improve the accuracy and precision of the data processing, but also could reduce the work load of the operation personnel. In comparison with the traditional motor measuring technology, the plan could save the electric energy consumed by a motor operation, reduce the measuring and test cost and could be a more "green" intelligent measuring and test analysis system.
