立井冻结坚硬基岩段深孔爆破技术应用试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为提高深冻结立井坚硬基岩段掘进速度,在已有的研究和施工经验的基础上,进行了立井冻结坚硬基岩段深孔爆破技术应用试验研究。结合现场条件和岩石情况,优选具有良好技术性能的SJZ-6.7型伞形钻架和高威力抗冻型岩石水胶炸药,采用双阶筒形直眼掏槽,并配以大直径炮眼和大直径药卷、长延期毫秒非电雷管,以及PVC塑料管防结冰抗挤压技术,并重点试用了大直径中心空孔(中心空孔直径100 mm)。试验研究达到了预期效果,在如此坚硬的岩石(f=12~16)中,实现了炮眼利用率91.7%,掘进循环进尺3.85 m。研究结果表明,大直径中心空孔对提高了爆破效率起到了关键作用,同时,还有效的改善了破碎块度,降低了大块率,利于抓装。 In order to improve the driving speed of deep vertical shaft in freezing hard rock section, according to the existing experiences of research and construction, the experimental study and application on deep hole blasting technology in freezing bedrock of vertical shaft was did. Based on site conditions and rock conditions, with preferable SJZ-6.7 type umbellate drill mounting and powerful frost rock water gel explosive, the two-step cylindrical method was adopted and match with large diameter blast hole and explosive,long delay time non-electric detonator, and PVC plastic pipe for anti-fi'eezing, mainly used for large diameter center hole (diameter of center hole was 100 mm). The experimental study achieved expected results, realize the shot hole utilization rate 91. 7% in hard rock (f = 12 ~ 16 ) , cycle driving length 3.85 m. The results show that,large diameter center empty hole plays a key role to improve the blasting efficiency, at the same time, it also improves the fragmentation, reduce the block rate, beneficial for catch and laden.
