Design and Development of Batch Optimization Software for Physical Examination Reports

目的开发体检报告批量处理优化软件,解决体检报告批量处理中存在的各类格式问题。方法利用OFFICE编程接口的优势,通过在软件中引用相关组件(类库)设计待优化报告的批量选择功能、反选功能和自由选择功能,从而能够以最简单、便捷的操作组合确定优化处理目标。结果批量优化软件能够发现并自动优化每份报告中出现的各类格式问题,而且操作简单、运行稳定。结论优化软件的应用提高了体检报告批量处理的工作效率。

Objective To develop a batch optimization software for physical examination reports to solve various format problems exist in the batch processing procedure of physical examination reports. Methods Based on the advantages of OFFICE programming interface, related components were integrated the software to design the batch selection function, invert selection function and free selection function of reports which need to be optimized. Thus the optimization processing goals can be determined through the most simple and convenient operation combination. Results Various format problems exist in each physical examination report can be found and optimized automatically with the application of the batch optimization software with simple operation methods and favourable running stability. Conclusion The work efifciency of the batch processing of physical examination reports has been improved with the application of the optimization software.
