摘要
运用危机管理理论,分析了急救及生命支持类设备管理中存在的问题,找出危机管理各阶段的薄弱环节,实施了预防性维护、紧急替代流程、故障数据分析等策略,制定和完善了相关制度和技术规范,以确保患者生命安全。
Based on crisis management theory, this paper analyzed the problems existing in management of emergency and life support equipment and found out the weak links in each stage of crisis management. In order to ensure the safety of patients, preventive maintenance and emergency replacement process as well as analysis of failure data were carried out, relevant system and technical speciifcation were formulated and improved.
