摘要
以马铃薯挖掘铲为研究对象,构建了挖掘铲工作阻力的力学模型,归纳总结了影响工作阻力大小的相关参数。采用C#语言开发了一款专用的工作阻力计算工具模块,并以铲面宽度、挖掘深度和铲面倾角为变量,对比分析了各参数变化对工作阻力大小的影响,为挖掘铲结构进一步优化设计提供了参考依据。
With the research object of potato digger shovel, the article built the working resistance mechanical model, and summarized the impact parameters. Developed a special software to calculate working resistance using C#. Compared and analyzed the effects to working resistance when changing shovel width, digger depth and shovel surface angle. The research work provides the referenced basis for the further structure optimizing design of potato digger shovel.
