根据黄淮海麦棉轮区种植体系的种植要求,研发了一种能同时完成苗带浅旋、开沟、施肥、播种作业的多功能精密棉花播种机。该播种机采用苗带浅旋技术,能够使碎土、破茬、除草等工艺一并完成;采用平行四杆机构,使播种单体有足够的仿形量,保证了播深一致性;勺轮式排种器实现精量穴播,穴粒数、穴距可根据需要随时调整;中凸型镇压轮充分保证了播种部位的压实强度,确保发芽率和出苗率。

The cotton planter is a multi-functional precision cotton planter which can spin, furrow, fertilize and seed at the same time. According to the Huang-Huai-hai wheat area planted cotton planting syetem requirements, the machine is developed. The planter adopts seeding with shallow rotary technology for pulverizing, breaking stubble, and weeding. uses a hinge mechanism, enough to profile sowing monomer amount, to ensure the consistency of sowing depth. Spoon wheeled seed implements precision dibble. Hole and hole spacing according to the need to be adjusted. Repression in round convex parts fully guaranted sowing compaction strength, to ensure germination, seeding emergence. Uses four-rod profiling mechanism for the uniformity of sowing depth, it can reach 80 to 120 mm. Uses a spoon disc seeder for precision planting, to ensure the hole rate is less than 2 percent.
