多功能果园作业机叶片泵自顶向下参数化设计

摘要 叶片泵作为多功能果园作业机液压系统的动力元件,决定了多功能果园作业机的作业工况。在研究叶片泵的产品结构和零部件之间几何联系的基础上,提出了基于Pro/E自顶向下整体参数化的叶片泵设计方法。以产品的骨架模型作为设计基础,完成了叶片泵的三维实体建模;运用Pro/Program程序设计,通过交互式输入,实现了叶片泵整体的快速设计。该结果可为进一步实现多功能果园作业机的整体参数化设计提供参考依据。 As the power component of hydraulic system on the multifunctional orchard operating machinery, the vane pump determined the operation situation of the multifunetional orchard operating machinery. The top-down integral parametric design approach of vane pump based on Pro/E was presented 'after the research on the product structure and the geometric relationship between components of vane pump. The 3D solid model of vane pump on the muhifunctional orchard operating machinery accomplished based on the skeleton model. Pro/Program was used to design program and the integral rapid design of vane pump on the multifunctional orchard operating machinery as realized through interactive input. The design method provides reference for parametric design of the multifunetional orchard operating machinery.
