摘要 为解决红花鲜花丝采摘过程中效率低、劳动强度大、成本高等问题,设计了一种切割-气吸式红花花丝采收装置。该装置采用负压风机转动产生的吸气流梳理花丝,使花丝竖立起来且偏向一侧,并露出花丝与瘦果连接处,电机转动带动刀具旋转切割花丝,采摘下的花丝在吸气流的作用下被输送至储花室,完成红花鲜花丝的采摘、输送、收集工作。同时,对具有不同导流片的储花室结构进行流场模拟,分析了不同个数的导流片对储花效果的影响;对采收装置的整机结构在Solidworks软件中进行三维实体建模,且进行了干涉检查。结果显示,该装置各部件组装合理,可以进行后续的物理样机制作。 To address the problem of inefficient, labor-intensive and high cost during the process of picking fresh safflower petals, one harvesting device of safflower petals based on cutting - air suction was designed. The device used inspiratory flow which generated by suction fan rotating to comb petals, the safflower petals were erected and inclined to one side and the junction between petals and achene was exposed under the action of inspiratory flow, then cutter rotation which was driven by motor rotation to cut petals, finally , the picked petals were conveyed to the storage under the action of inspiratory flow, thus harvesting, transporting and collecting safflower petals were completed. The flow field of the storage room with different number deflectors was simulated in the software of FLUENT, and the influence of different number deflectors on moving filaments was analyzed in this paper. At the same time, three-dimensional solid model of the whole structure of harvesting device was established in the Solidworks, and interference checking was conducted, the results showed that the assembly of various components of the device is reasonable, and subsequently, physical prototypes can be produced.
