摘要
为便于对花生收获机械作业过程中所受的土壤阻力进行测试与研究,研制了由机械部分、传感器和信息采集与处理3部分组成的花生收获机械土壤阻力测试装置。测试装置由拖拉机牵引可快速连续测试土壤阻力,并能实时显示、即时存储。系统标定和实验室试验表明:系统运行稳定,平均测试精度达93.07%;在田间进行两因素三水平验证试验,测试装置运行平稳,准确地反映了所受土壤阻力情况。
In order to facilitate the test and research on soil resistance in the process of operation of peanut harvesting machinery. This paper developed a peanut harvester soil resistance test device including mechanical part, sensor and information acquisition and processing.The test device is pulled by the tractor , and it can fast measuring soil resistance continuously, real time display test results and immediately memory the results. Calibrate the system and make test on the test device in laboratory, The result of test shows that the system is stable and the average accuracy is 92.7%. Two factors and three levels of tests in the field, the result of test shows that the test device is stable and accurately reflects the soil resistance.
