环境因素对石化加热炉热损的影响分析

摘要 讨论了环境因素如环境温度和风速对石化加热炉热损的影响。结果表明,环境因素对石化加热炉炉壁外表面温度的影响是剧烈的,而对炉壁热损的影响较小,环境温度对排烟热损亦有所影响。 The influence of environmental factors such as environmental temperature and wind speed on the heat loss of petrochemical furnace is discussed in this paper. The results show that, the environmental factors severely affect the furnace~ wall temperature, and the influence on the furnace wall heat loss is small, and the ambient temoerature also has effect on the flue gas heat loss.
