摘要
作为浙江省率先实现市、县两级公立医院综合改革全覆盖的先行试点市,绍兴市在建立以公益性为核心的公立医院绩效考核体系方面做出了创新性的设计和探索。本文就绍兴市公立医院绩效考核方法的考核设计、探索特点和试行成效进行具体阐述分析,为进一步完善绩效考核体系提出建议,为其他地市级公立医院改革提供参考。
As the first city to start public hospitals" comprehensive reform on both the county-level and city-level in Zhejiang province, Shaoxing has made creative efforts in establishing the public-welfare-oriented performance evaluation system of public hospital. To provide reference for other cities, this paper elaborates the overall design, specific measures and effects of the system in Shaoxing and provides several suggestions to further improvement of the system.
