摘要
目的调查儿科门诊预约挂号爽约的相关因素。方法采用电话访谈的方法,调查儿科门诊预约挂号爽约病人的爽约原因,对爽约规定的认知情况,分析爽约的原因。结果本次调查的总爽约率为16.17%,爽约主要原因是患儿病情缓解和已经就诊。结论加强宣传,完善预约信息系统,推广诚信预约,及时退号,是降低儿科预约挂号爽约率的措施。
Objective Study relevant factors for breaking an appointment registration in pediatric outpatient detmrtment. Method Found why pediatric outpatienis broke the appointment registration and their awareness ,f relevan! regulation by means of telephone interview and analyzed the causes. Results The total rate of breaking the appointment was 16.17%, which was nminly caused by patienls' remission or treated in other hospitals. Conclusion Measures such as strengthening publicity, improving appointment system, promoting integrity appoinlment and withdrawing registration in lime could effectively reduce the rate of breaking pediatric outpatient appointment.
