摘要
在医疗联合体模式下,医院护理管理通过移植护理文化,"走下去"帮扶,"请上来"培训,落实"三统一"等举措,构建了护理同质化的管理模式,形成了共同提高护理质量的长效机制,重整了区域性的护理集团化队伍,为促进医疗联合体的成功运作及惠及广大人民群众就医看病起到了良好的促进作用。
In the mode of heahhcare alliance, the hospital nursing management was enhanced by transplanting the nursing culture with measures of ＂going down to support the grassroots＂, ＂inviting the grassroots for training＂, and implemented the ＂three unified＂. A homogenous nursing management mode and long-term mechanism to improve the quality of nursing were built in the healthcare alliance and the nursing team in this region was restructured. Besides, these measures also helped to promote the successful operation of the healthcare alliance and played a positive role in benefiting the patients for getting medical services.
