仙游木兰溪大桥吊杆损伤声发射监测

Monitoring Suspenders' Damage of Xianyou Mulanxi Bridge Using Acoustic Emission Technique

摘要 常规无损检测方法不能动态监测吊杆损伤程度,而采用声发射技术可监测吊杆的动态损伤。对福建仙游木兰溪大桥的吊杆进行了声发射在线监测,结果表明声发射信号计数、能量、幅值随时间实时变化图能直观显示吊杆的损伤程度。根据分析结果,相较于其它吊杆次短吊杆的损伤最为严重,这与实际情况非常吻合。 Conventional non-destructive methods are not able to monitore the suspenders' damage levels dynamically,while acoustic emission( AE) technique can be used to monitor their activities. The suspenders of Fujian Xianyou Mulanxi bridge have been monitored by AE techniques. The results show that AE signal such as counts,energy and amplitude can visually display the suspenders damage levels. According to the analytical results,secondary short suspender'damage is the most serious comparing to others. The testing results are well coincide with the practical situation.
