摘要
文章通过正交试验设计,探讨了水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、矿粉掺量及外加剂掺量对高性能混凝土耐久性的影响,得出了理论配合比。该配合比在保证混凝土性能的基础上,大量使用了掺合料,降低了水泥用量,从而降低了整个工程造价。
On the basis of orthogonal design,the paper explores the effect of water binder ratio,the amount of fly ash,slag admixture and additive on the durability of high performance concrete. A theoretical mix proportion of concrete is determined. Based on ensuring the performance of concrete,the mix proportion applied large number of admixtures and reduced the dosage of cement and the project cost.
