Treatment of conflict between crashing and quality for Supervisor——Experience from project supervision of ZhangPu City Square

随着城市化建设进程的加快,房地产项目开发建设赶工的事是经常发生的。为此,笔者结合多年的监理工作经验就监理单位在赶工状态下保证项目质量的同时,解决工期与质量矛盾进行阐述,并提出了建议及保证措施。

Along with the accelerated process of urbanization,crashing of the development and construction of real estate project is often happen. For this reason,combining years of experiences in supervision engineer,the methods of resolving contradictions between duration and quality are explained,and suggestions and guarantee measures are put forward.
