视黄醇结合蛋白对诊断早期急性肾损伤的临床价值

Clinical significance of retinol binding protein in diagnosis of early acute renal injury

目的通过探讨视黄醇结合蛋白对诊断早期急性肾损伤的临床价值,为临床疾病诊断提供参考依据。方法选择2013年1-12月该院门诊或住院确诊为急性肾损伤患者77例设为观察组（按照患者病情不同分为一期组28例,二期组23例,三期组26例）,另选择同期在该院进行健康体检者80例设为对照组。所有受试者均进行血清视黄醇结合蛋白检测,同时检测诊断早期肾损伤指标胱抑素C水平,并对结果进行分析。结果观察组视黄醇结合蛋白、胱抑素C检测结果较对照组显著升高,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,随着病情加重,2项指标检测结果呈逐步升高趋势,观察组各小组组间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组各小组2项检测指标阳性率两两比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论视黄醇结合蛋白与胱抑素C均是辅助诊断早期急性肾损伤的良好指标,对疾病诊断、病情监测具有一定临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of retinol binding protein in diagnosis of early acute renal injury to provide reference basis for clinic diagnosis. Methods Selected 77 patients diagnosed with acute renal injury from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2013 as the experimental group（28 in the phose 1 group,23 in the phase 2 group and 26 in the phase 3 group according to patients＇ condition ）while another 80 healthy people in the same period of this hospital after physical examination were the con trol group. All the testees were received detection of the retinol binding protein as well as cystatin C （early rend injury indicator）, analyzing the results comprehensively. Results Compared with the control group, the results of the retinol binding protein and cystatin C in the observation group were significantly increased, which had statistical significance（P〈0.05 ）. With the patients＇ aondition worsened ,the two indicators showed a gradual increasing trend. There were statistic significance between sub-groups in the observation group. The positive rates of the two indexes between the sub-groups of the observation group were compared （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Retinol binding protein and the cystatin C are a good indicators in assistant diagnosis of the early acute kidney injury, which have certain clinical values for disease diagnosis and illness monitoring.
