对TB/T 3319—2013《铁道罐车用呼吸式安全阀》制定中的有关技术问题进行了解析,并将其性能要求与其他相关国家标准、国外标准进行了对比分析。
The technical points in compiling TB/T 3319-2013 are analyzed,and the performance requirements are analyzed and compared with those in other relevant state standards and foreign standards.
