摘要
为了提高胶囊检测的速度和精度,提出了双通道胶囊外形快速检测技术及系统。运用基于图像处理方法的计算机视觉技术,实现对医用空心胶囊外形的快速准确检测。采用近红外以及可见光的双通道方法实现对胶囊360°、两个端面及内部缺陷全方位的自动检测。主要通过双阈值分割和方形滑块算法分别实现对胶囊轮廓和胶囊结合体的提取,通过边缘检测以及孔洞填充算法实现对胶囊缺陷的检测。胶囊外形快速检测系统可对多种类型胶囊的多种缺陷进行检测,同时具有速度快、准确率高、系统运行稳定等优点,在医用空心胶囊外形的检测中具有较好的应用性。
In order to improve the speed and precision of the capsule detection, two-channel rapid detection technology and system for capsule shapes are presented in this paper. The method based on image processing of computer vision technology is used to realize therapid and accurate detec- tion for medicinal hollow capsule shapes. By adopting the two-channel method of near infrared and visible light, comprehensive automatic detection for 360~ of capsule, the two end faces and internal defects is realized. Mainly through the double threshold segmentation and square block algorithm re- spectively to realize the extraction of capsule profile and capsule combination, through edge detection and hole filling algorithmto realizedetection of capsule defects. Various defects of different types of capsules can be detected by rapid detection system for capsule shapes, at the same time with high speed, high accuracy, stable operation and many other advantages, with being wellapplied in the detection for medicinal hollow capsule shapes.
