摘要
目的研究枝网刺柳珊瑚Echinogorgia sassapo reticulata的化学成分。方法利用硅胶薄层层析、硅胶柱层析、凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱层析、HPLC等手段对化学成分进行了分离纯化;结合理化性质和波谱数据分析,通过文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构。结果从枝网刺柳珊瑚Echinogorgia sassapo reticulata的甲醇、二氯甲烷提取物中,分离并鉴定了12个单体化合物:胆甾-5-烯-3β-醇(1),(22E)-胆甾-5,22-二烯-3β-醇(2),(23E)-胆甾-5,23-二烯-3β-醇(3),麦角甾-5,24(28)-二烯-3β-醇(4),(24Z)-豆甾-5,24(28)-二烯-3β-醇(5),豆甾-5-烯-3β-醇(6),(22E)-胆甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(7),(22E)-豆甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(8),α-23-烷-甘油醚(9),正十六醇(10),胸腺嘧啶(11),尿嘧啶(12);其中化合物2~11为首次在该物种中分离获得。
Objective To study the constituents of gorgonian Echinogorgia sassapo reticulata.Methods The isolation and purification of the compounds were performed by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC methods,and their structures were determined by comparison their physicochemical characters and spectral data with literatures.Results From the methanol and CH2Cl2 extracts of Echinogorgia sassapo reticulata,twelve compounds were isolated and identified as cholest-5-en-3β-ol(1),cholesta-5,22-dien-3β-ol(2),cholesta-5,23-dien-3β-ol(3),ergosta-5,24(28)-dien-3β-ol(4),(24Z)-stigmasta-5,24(28)-dien-3β-ol(5),stigmast-5-en-3β-ol(6),(22E)-cholesta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β-triol(7),(22E)-stigmasta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β-triol(8),α-tricosane-glycerine ether(9),hexadecan-1-ol(10),thymine(11),uracil(12),and among them compounds 2-11 were first reported in this species.
