摘要
高校教师之间的隐性知识共享是提高其教学与科研能力的途径之一,该文基于高校教师知识共享意愿、共享能力、共享氛围和共享效果等因素,构建高校教师隐性知识共享模型,开发知识共享指标体系,并结合我国高校教师知识共享现状,运用层次分析法(AHP)对指标体系的权重进行测度分析。研究结果表明:共享氛围、共享意愿和共享效果对高校教师隐性知识共享具有较重要影响,共享能力对知识共享的影响较小。该研究为我国高校营造良好的知识共享氛围,提升教师之间的知识共享意愿、增强共享能力、保证共享效果提供理论指导和实践借鉴。
Tacit knowledge sharing among university teachers is one of the methods to enhance their teaching and research capacities. Based on the factors of university teachers' knowledge sharing willingness, sharing capacities, sharing atmosphere and sharing effectiveness, this paper constructs university teachers' tacit knowledge sharing model, and also develop the index system. Combine with the status-quo of university teachers' knowledge sharing, we measure the index weight by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results manifest that sharing atmosphere, sharing willingness and sharing effectiveness has more influence on university teachers tacit knowledge sharing, however, sharing capacities has less influence on knowledge sharing. This paper provides theoretical guidance and practical reference to the construction of favorable knowledge sharing atmosphere and also to the enhancement of university teachers' knowledge sharing willingness, at the same time, the university teachers' knowledge sharing capacities and sharing effectiveness can be improved.
