摘要
遵照ECER29-02法规中顶部强度试验和后围强度试验方法,建立了某重型卡车驾驶室有限元模型,设置相应的仿真工况,验证该驾驶室在ECER29-02法规下被动安全性,并通过仿真结果,针对驾驶室结构薄弱区域提出改进意见,提高驾驶室被动安全性能,减轻乘员在事故中的伤亡程度,为该车型的改进提供了理论依据,具有重要的实际意义.
According to ECER29-02 regulations strength test method to the roof and back panel, the finite element model of a heavy truck cab is built, and the corresponding simulation condition is set up to verify passive safety of the cab in ECER29-02 regulations. Based on the simulation analysis results, the paper makes a proposal to improve the cab structure so as to improve cab passive safety performance, which provides theoretical basis for the improvement of the model, and is of great significance.
