摘要
研究了利用高效液相色谱仪的示差折光检测器测定黄酒中的糖,得出最佳色谱条件为:流动相乙腈-水(85:15),柱温30℃,流速1ml/min,进样体积20μL。黄酒稀释一定倍数后,经0.45μm微孔水相针式滤器过滤直接进样,最终测出黄酒中五类糖(果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、乳糖)的含量。
Study of using high performance liquid chromatograph differential refractive index detector for the determination of sugar in rice wine, to draw the best chromatographic condition: mobile phase acetoniwile water (85:15), the column temperature was 30 ℃, flow rate of lml/min, the injection volume was 20 μ L. Dilution of certain multiple of yellow rice wine,with 0.45 μ m microporous water needle type filter directly into the final measure, five kinds of sugar in yellow rice wine ( fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose, lactose ) content.
