以生产企业主导开发的果蔬物流园区商业与运营模式的探究

Research in the Business and Operation Model of Producer Leading Fruits and Vegetables Logistics Park

果蔬类农产品具有较强的季节性、地域性和易腐性,其在储藏、加工、运输、销售等物流环节都有特殊要求。果蔬类农产品的流通体系构建是关乎民生的关键性问题,现有的果蔬类农产品流通体系,难以适应现代农业的需要,也难以与国际市场接轨。探索一种可行的果蔬类农产品的流通方式十分重要。本文结合果蔬类农产品的特殊要求、我国果蔬物流的发展现状以及"软三元"理论,从果蔬农业产业链的角度,提出了一种可行的果蔬农产品流通模式——果蔬生产企业主导开发的果蔬农业物流园区,阐述分析了这种模式的优势,并对主导果蔬生产企业的商业模式以及果蔬农业物流园区的运营模式进行了探究与设计。

Fruits and vegetables, with seasonal, regional and perishable nature, have special requirements for such logistics links as storage, processing, transportation and sales, whose construction of circulation system is the key to the people＇s livelihood. The current circulation system is difficult to adapt to the need of modern agriculture and accord international norms. Therefore it is of great importance to explore a kind of feasible circulation system. This paper, combined with special requirements, current situation and ＂soft three yuan＂theory of fruits and vegetables,from the perspective of fruit and vegetable agricultural industry chain, puts forward a a kind of feasible circulation system-- fruit and vegetable agricultural logistics park, led and developed by fruit and vegetable manufacturers, analyzes the advantages of the model, studies and designs its business and operation model.
