摘要
根据卫生部食品整治办[2009]29号文件中指定的硫氰酸根检验方法,探索调制乳、乳粉及含乳制品中硫氰酸根的检测方法,并对检测方法进行实用性比较。实验中采用离子色谱作为实验仪器。结果表明,正常状态下,硫氰酸根存在于生鲜牛乳中,因此,在测定乳制品中人为添加硫氰酸根的质量浓度时需要将其原料乳中的本底值扣除。
On the basis of test method to thiocyanate radical in the number of [2009]29 papers of Ministry of Health Food Reorganize Office , explore test method to modulation of milk,milk powder and dairy product, moreover compare to the test method for practicability. Apply to chromatography of ions for experimentation. The results show that thiocyanate radical consists in fresh milk in the normal state, therefore,we need to deduct the background values of raw milk at the admeasurement of factitious additive of thiocyanate radical in dairy product.
