摘要
基于亲水作用色谱(HILIC)技术,建立了液态奶及奶粉中双氰胺、三聚氰胺、尿素和缩二脲的高效液相色谱检测方法。样品经乙腈提取,无水硫酸镁脱水后,采用Venusil HIHC色谱柱分离,乙腈与水作流动相,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)检测。在该体系下,4种组分保留时间适中,分离完全,线性良好,加标回收率为91%-108%,相对标准偏差(KSD)在2.0%~7.7%之间。该方法简便快速,准确度和精密度高,适用于液态奶及奶粉中双氰胺、三聚氰胺、尿素和缩二脲的测定。
On the basis of hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) technology, a method for the determination of dicyandiamide, melamine, urea and biuret in milk and milk powder by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed. The analytes in samples were extracted with acetonitrile, dehydrated by anhydrous magnesium sulfate, separated on a Venusil HILIC column using a mo- bile phase comprising acetonitrile and water, and detected with diode array detector (DAD). Under the above chromatographic conditions, the analytes showed moderate retention times and good linear relationship between their concentrations and peak areas. The mean recovery rates across three spike levels were 91%-108% with a RSD ranging from 2.0% to 7.7%. Our results demonstrate that this method is simple, convenient, sensitive, selective and suitable for the determination of dicyandiarnide, melamine, urea and biuret in milk and milk powder.
