摘要
利用数据库开发专用软件Visual FoxPro建立了组合机床金属切削数据库并开发了应用程序。该系统中包含了工件材料、刀片材料、切削用量、刀具参数等四个基本关系,能够实现数据的录入、修改、删除等基本操作,并可以根据确定的工件材料推荐合理的刀具材料、刀片类型和代码,指导用户选择合适的刀具;建立了基于单件成本最低的切削用量优化模型,根据选定的工件材料和刀片材料自动推荐切削用量。最终实现刀具的合理运用和提高生产率。
The Visual FoxPro which is special database software was used to establish a metal cutting database system of modular machine tool, and develop the application program. Firstly, the system contains four basic relations of the workpiece material, blade material, cutting parameters and tool parameters, which can achieve data entry, modify, delete and other basic operations. Secondly, the reasonable tool material, blade type and code can be recommended according to the selected workpiece material, which will guide users to select proper tool. Then, the optimization model of cutting parameters was established based on minimum unit cost, that can automatically recommend cutting parameters according to the selected workpiece and blade materials. Finally realize the rational use of tool and improve the productivity.
