浅谈教育综合改革视野下的舆论引领

Guiding Public Opinion: A Study from the View of All-round Education Reform

教育体制综合改革,既顺应民众期盼,又再次引起国人对教育的关注。论文认为考试是教育过程中常用的测评手段,作业是教育过程中必需的训练环节,惩戒是教育效果的必要保障,三者是教育活动的重要元素。提出教育综合改革是个系统工程,需要正确的改革舆论引领。

Comprehensive reform of educational system not only follows the popular expectation but also attracts the national attention. We are of the opinion in this paper that test and evaluation are regarded as the usual assessment approach in education. School assignments are bound to be the training sessions. Disciplinary actions are accounted as essential guarantees for an effective education. All the three aspects are viewed as the important elements in education. Therefore, it is a systematic program to make an all-round education reform, which calls for the correct orientation for public opinion.
