高校思想政治教育中师生有效对话的策略研究

Research on Effective Teacher-Student Dialogue in the Ieological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

文章从师生有效对话与高校思政教育实践的契合处入手,分析在高校思想政治教育中追求有效对话的必要性,探寻师生有效对话的内涵及策略,提出思政工作者首先要会对话、能对话:把握对话主体实际、构建对话师生关系、提升对话素养等,以期促进高校思想政治教育实践。

The paper analyzes the necessity of chasing effectiveness of teacher-student dialogue in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the coincide of the connotation and political education. And to ensure its effectiveness, the college ideological workers should make dialogues which includes that can grab the actuality of the subjects and construct a dialogic teacher-student relation and promote the literacy of dialogue.
