摘要
随着认知心理学理论和研究方法在教师研究中的应用,教师认知研究已逐渐成为一种新的教师研究范式。教师认知研究主要包括教师信念、教师知识和教师反思三个主要研究内容。当前师范教育改革正在实现由师范教育向教师教育的转型,教师认知研究对师范教育的发展和改革具有重要的启示意义。教师认知研究和师范教育发展的有效结合,将会为师范教育的改革和发展开辟新的思路。
With the application of cognitive psychology’s theory and research methods in the study of teachers, teacher cognition research has gradually become a new research paradigm. Teacher cognition research mainly includes teacher’s belief, teacher’s knowledge and teacher’s reflective thinking. The current normal education is to realize the transition from normal education to teacher education. Teacher cognition research is great significant implications to the development and reform of normal education. Combing teacher cognition research with the development of normal education, new ideas or orientations will be offered.
