摘要
大体积混凝土因其结构体积大、承受荷载大、水泥水化热大、内部受力复杂等原因,施工中常常出现施工冷缝、泌水现象、早期温度裂缝等特有的质量问题。为此,大体积混凝土质量、特别是混凝土内部质量评判成为质量控制技术研究问题的焦点。在对大体积混凝土质量控制及检测技术研究现状分析基础上,对声波CT技术的基本原理及特点进行分析,对两个大桥的桥墩及桥台混凝土质量检测进行实例分析。实践表明,应用声波CT技术检测混凝土质量具有速度快、成本低、精度高、直观等优势,能够克服常规无损检测手段的弱点或条件限制。
Construction cold joints,bleeding,early temperature cracks and other special quality problems often occur in the Large volume concrete structure construction,because of its large size,heavy load,cement hydration heat and complex internal stress.The quality of mass concrete,especially the evaluation of internal quality of concrete become quality control key technology.Based on the current situation analysis of the large volume concrete quality control and detection technology research,the author analyzes the basic principle and characteristics of sound wave CT technology,and analyzes the examples of two bridges.Practice shows that,CT detection method has the advantages of fast speed,low cost,high precision,visual and other advantages,can overcome the weakness of conventional nondestructive testing technique.
