摘要
本研究采用自编问卷分别对新疆乌鲁木齐市、哈密地区、克拉玛依市和石河子市四个地市的288名普通学校教师、1205名普通学校学生和265名普通儿童家长对全纳教育的接纳态度进行调查与比较分析。研究结果表明:普通学校师生和家长对全纳教育的接纳态度是消极的,其中教师对全纳教育的态度最消极,家长的态度较教师和学生积极;是否接触过残疾学生是影响普通学校教师和学生接纳的重要因素;全纳教育给普通学校教师造成的压力比学生和家长大,目前普通学校教师所获得的社会支持不够。
This study,by using a self-devised questionnaire to survey 288 teachers and 1205 students from regular schools,and 265 parents of regular school students,in such cities as Urumqi,Hami,Karamay,and Shihezi in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,aims to probe into the attitudes of teachers and students in regular schools and of the students' parents towards inclusive education. The results show the following: the teachers and students and the parents surveyed show a negative attitude towards inclusive education; the teachers show the most negative attitude towards inclusive education,whereas the parents show a more positive attitude than the teachers and the students; whether to have contacted disabled children is an important element influencing their attitudes towards inclusive education; inclusive education has imposed higher pressure on the teachers from regular schools than on the students and their parents,who gain insufficient social support.
