摘要
探索普拉提核心训练对聋生静态平衡能力的影响效果。分别以浙江特殊教育职业学院30名听力分贝55以上的聋生(男女各15名)实验组和对照组为研究对象。对两组进行为期12周,每周3次,每次45分钟的运动训练,实验组进行普拉提核心训练,对照组进行一般练习。测试方法采用静态平衡能力测试(SLST),测试指标为睁眼和闭眼状态下水平面、额状面、矢状面的屈膝单腿站立时间的平均值。结果:(1)12周训练后,静态(睁眼)状态下,实验组聋生的单足站立平衡能力有明显提高;(2)12周训练后,静态(闭眼)状态下,实验组单足站立平衡能力改善效果不明显;(3)聋生在静态(睁眼、闭眼)状态下的训练效果无性别差异。
This study aims to explore the effect of Pilates core training on deaf students' ability in static balance,by testing 30 deaf students( hearing losses of more than 55 dB),including 15 boys and 15 girls,from Zhejiang Vocational College of Special Education. The deaf students,who fall into the experimental group and the control group,receive a 45-minute training 3 times per week in 12 weeks,with the experimental group receiving Pilates core training,and the control group receiving general practice. The results show the following:( 1) after 12 weeks of training,in the static state( eyes opened),the experimental group shows a significantly higher level of single-leg standing balance;( 2) after 12 weeks of training,in the static state( eyes closed),there is no significant effect;( 3) the deaf students show no gender difference in the static state( eyes opened or closed).
