摘要
通过对国内外研究文献的整理和比较,归纳技术创新概念的演变历程,指出随着时代的发展,技术创新除了需要满足经济效益要求,还要满足环境效益的要求;对比环境技术创新、生态技术创新和绿色技术创新概念的异同;从技术创新目的的角度,对绿色技术创新进行界定,并分析绿色技术创新的阶段性、跳跃性、双重外部性和制度导向性特征,最后指出未来的研究方向。
This paper provides a current overview of the literature in the field of technology innovation. It states that the objective of technology innovation has changed from economic effectiveness to both economic and environmental effective-ness with the development of social society. It also contributes to a clarification of the concept of environmental innovation, eco innovation and green innovation. Then it defines green innovation from the view of innovation objective and analyzes its four evolution characteristics. The paper will stimulate discussion about the dearth of comprehensive literature reviews.
