领导行为对团队创造力的影响:兼比较分析研究 被引量:6

A Study on the Relationship between Leadership Behavior and Team Creativity:A Comparative Analysis

摘要 为进一步厘清领导行为对团队创造力的影响作用,以及比较分析不同领导行为对团队创造力的预测效果,本研究采用问卷调查方式,对收集到的125个团队数据进行层次回归分析。结果表明,交易型领导、变革型领导和共享式领导行为对团队创造力均有显著的正向影响。通过比较分析发现,变革型领导行为对团队创造力的预测效果高于交易型领导;共享式领导行为对团队创造力的预测效果高于交易型领导和变革型领导。 To further clarify the role of leadership behaviors affecting team creativity and compare prediction,the question-naires was employed for collecting data,then hierarchical regression analysis was used for 1 25 teams date. The results showed that transactional leadership,transformational leadership and shared leadership have a significant positive effect on team creativity. Through comparative analysis,the results showed that the positive effect of transformational leadership on team creativity is stronger than transactional leadership;the positive effect of shared leadership is stronger than transactional leadership and transformational leadership.
