一维零位光栅编码优化算法设计

摘要 零位光栅为测量提供绝对零位信号,是精密测量的重要组成部分。但由于编码设计的计算量巨大,产生零位光栅的编码较为困难。在研究零位脉冲产生原理的基础上,提出采用优化算法用于零位光栅的编码设计,并对编码进行了计算机仿真,得到了较为满意的结果。
