摘要
《特殊教育提升计划(2014-2016年)》把"医教结合"作为特殊教育的一种政策导向和实验推出,引发了学者对"医教结合"的审视。傅王倩、肖非发表《试论医教结合中需要澄清的几个问题——与沈晓明教授商榷》一文,认为:特殊教育的特殊在于其教学设计;特殊儿童不等于病童;学习能力受多方面影响;要明确教育康复与医学康复的关系。笔者对此有不同的见解,认为:特殊教育的特殊性在于教育对象;应正视残疾的病理学根源,关注遗传对学习潜力的影响;医教结合的抓手是基于学校需求实施的教育康复。
The Special Education Improving Program( 2014- 2016),promulgated in 2014 in China,takes“combining medicine and education”as a policy for special education policy as well as an experiment,thus attracting the attention of scholars. Fu Wangqian and Xiao Fei published an article,arguing with Professor Shen Xiaoming over some problems concerning the combination of medicine and education.According to the article,the specialty of special education lies in its instructional designing,children with special needs are not equal to diseased children,the learning ability is affected by various factors,and it is needed to clarify the relationship between educational rehabilitation and medical rehabilitation. This study holds a different view as follows: the specialty of special education lies in its educational objects; it is needed to pay attention to the pathological roots of disabilities and the genetic effect on learning potentials; and the combination of medicine and education centers on the school-based education rehabilitation.
