摘要
智障教育的课程经历了补偿模式、发展模式、功能模式和环境生态模式的变革。在融合教育理念和课程改革的影响下,当代美国智障教育课程努力在基于标准的课程和功能性课程间寻找平衡,以满足智障儿童学术性和功能性的发展目标。但儿童发展的需求是多方面的,没有任何一种课程模式是完美的,智障儿童的课程内容应该建立在如何对儿童发展有利的基础之上,帮助学生实现毕业后的发展。运用通用设计的原则,将标准课程和功能性课程相结合,加上相关人员多方合作,利于推进智障课程发展。
The curriculum for mentally retarded children has experienced the reforms in such models of remedy,development,functions and environmental ecology. Under the influence of inclusive education and the curriculum reform,the contemporary curriculum for mentally retarded children in the US is trying to seek balance between the standards-based curriculum and the functional curriculum so as to achieve the academic and functional objectives. But children have diversified demands for development,and no curriculum model is perfect; therefore,the curriculum for mentally retarded children should be based on how to benefit child development to help them to be successful after graduation. This requires the use of the principle of universal design,the combination of the standards-based curriculum and the functional curriculum,and the assistance from relevant personnel.
