摘要
为了探讨团体心理辅导对提高幼儿教师心理资本水平的有效性及可行性,采用实验组、对照组前后测的实验设计,以心理资本问卷作为评估工具,采用团体辅导的形式对40名幼儿教师进行干预。研究结果表明,团体辅导后,实验组被试的前后测差异显著,心理资本总分和四个维度的得分显著提高,团体辅导能有效提升幼儿教师的心理资本水平。
This paper aims to explore whether group counseling can effectively improve the psychological capital of preschool teachers,by using the Psychological Capital Questionnaire to survey 40 preschool teachers by means of pre-test and post-test in the experimental group and the control group. The results show the following: after group counseling,the experimental group shows a significant difference in the scores achieved in the pre-test and the post-test,and it scores significantly higher in psychological capital and its four dimensions; group counseling can effectively enhance the psychological capital of preschool teachers.
