帕金森患者黑质体积及铁沉积的磁敏感加权成像研究 被引量:8

摘要 帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是一种常见的发生在中老年人神经系统变性疾病。其病理学改变主要是黑质(sub-stantianigra,SN)-纹状体多巴胺能神经元变性、缺失。尽管这类疾病的病因及发病机制尚不明确,但一般认为与铁代谢异常有关[1]。虽然脑铁与PD病理学改变存在密切关系,但常规检查多不能发现特异性改变,近年来功能影像学被逐渐应用于PD的早期诊断及非运动症状等研究[2-3]。
