中医药信息需求的调查分析

A survey of requirements of information on traditional Chinese medicine in residents

目的：探讨市民对中医药信息的需求。方法在济南市民中，采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方式调查其对中医药信息的需求，包括获取途径和对获取信息的信任度。结果获取信息的途径多种多样，对来自不同途径信息的信任度也不相同。在获取中医药信息方面存在诸多困难。结论加强信息监管、权威信息发布可能有助于满足市民中医药信息需求。

Objective To investigate the public demand on the information of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods This paper analyzed the public demand on traditional Chinese medicine information in Jinan by using the research methods of questionnaire investigation and interview. It included the access and trust to obtain information. Results The ways to obtain information were many and different, and the trust toward the information came from different ways differ from one another. There were a lot of difficulties for people to obtain Chinese medicine information. Conclusion It may help to meet the demand for the Chinese medicine information to strengthen information supervision and release authoritative information.
