本文通过对中药入药部位与药性、功效关系的文献进行整理、分析发现，入药部位的形、质特征与其药性和药效密切相关，如根类药主下行、皮类药主走表、藤类药通经络、种子类药能种嗣等，为中药药性理论的研究及发现新药源提供参考。
