摘要
采用CFD方法对泵站进水管偏心异径管连接段流态进行模拟,并介绍了标准κ-ε模型和计算方法,通过计算额定工况下3种不同长度的偏心异径管方案,分析了其流态变化规律和水头损失,从而确定最优方案,解决了实际工程问题。
Flow patterns in the eccentric reducer of inlet pipe in a pumping station are simulated by the compuational fluid dynamics ( CFD ) method.The standard model and calculation procedure are introducted .Three renovation schemes with different lengths of ecentric reducer under the rated conditions are simulated .The flow patterns and head losses are analyzed in detail .An optimal scheme is finally determined for the renovation project .
