肿瘤微小RNA与hedgehog信号通路的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 肿瘤是一种受环境和(或)遗传因素影响的克隆增生性疾病,其发病机制复杂,发展进程呈多阶段性。近来研究显示,微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)和hedgehog(Hh)信号通路与肿瘤的细胞增殖与凋亡、易感性、血管生成、浸润转移以及预后等有密切联系,本文就此最新研究进展作一综述。
